Shipping & Policies
Apparel Orders/Cancelation of Orders:
Apparel orders are made on demand and therefore any apparel ordered cannot be returned or canceled so please place orders carefully.
Apparel is shipped separately from jewelry orders. Fulfillment on apparel orders are currently taking slightly longer than usual due to Covid-19. Please be patient. I am unable to give an exact time on when apparel will arrive at this time.
Processing time for Jewelry:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. However, most orders are typically processed within 1-3 days.
Estimated shipping times for Jewelry:
- North America : 1 - 3 business days (from ship date)
- Outside of US: 2-7 business days (from ship date unless otherwise noted)
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
To keep shipping costs low for customers, orders are shipped in the fewest boxes/packages possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns & Exchanges (Jewelry only)
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery (customer responsible for return shipping)
At this time I do not accept exchanges or cancellations. But, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or personalized orders:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
